The Litigation department specializes in court work and arbitration with deliberate bias towards Corporate and Commercial contentious matters. We have vast experience in adopting the most suitable and effective action to protect our client’s interests including taking urgent action to obtain and resist pre-emption injunctive orders.

This department specializes in relation to intellectual property right. Protection of trade marks, labour law matters i.e. advice is given in respect of employees terminal benefits, employees’ share schemes or equity participation or re-engagement of previously terminated employees.
